Drops and XP
Currently, items and XP given after combat are specified with the bad guy involved. But that's not how it really works. A combat scene is constructed from a set of actors/bad guys (sometimes customized), fighting is done, and then the scene code decides what XP and items to reward. Thus XP and drops can be different in different combats, even with the same actor (and can be generalized when there are multiple actors).
So, I'm thinking of modifying the bad guy infobox to remove the drops and XP fields, and instead creating a combat template that can be embedded in pages that describe the area where the combat occurs, making a mini-infobox listing the bad guys involved, XP and drops (maybe show the grid positions if not random). --Fig bucket (talk) 11:54, 7 September 2017 (UTC)
Susie Cochrane and Duke Bovicus
The Susie Cochrane page claims
- * She can be used in the quest to entrap the leader of the hellcows so that you don't need to eat tainted cow products to obtain the infernal mallet.
Similar wording goes back to the very first revision of the page. But it's not clear how you would do that, and I can't find any other information backing up that claim. Is that sentence maybe from an older revision of the game and no longer true, or possibly just entirely wrong? Should it be removed? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.108.40.206 (talk • contribs)
