Janet is one of the freaks at the clown circus along with Douglas and Eye-Guy. She is a woman whose entire body had been replaced by tubes and pumps inside of a large metal box.
She refuses to reveal how she lost her body. It is heavily implied that the clowns are responsible for her condition.
All things considered, she is pretty nice.
