This is a mysteriously abandoned fort, with a conspicuous cannon.

A watchtower is accessible as you enter the fort. With disposable binoculars, you can here discover a randomly chosen location from the list:

On the table you can find some dry goods.
The first footlocker contains an artillery targeting flare and various military supplies (requires Lockpickin' Expertise and a needle).
The second footlocker contains various military supplies.
The third footlocker contains Pvt. Matthau's diary, the key to P. O. Box 114, and various military supplies (requires Lockpickin' Expertise and a needle).
The fourth footlocker contains Pvt. Lemmon's diary, and various military supplies (requires Lockpickin' Expertise and a needle).

You can fire a demi-culverin cannonball at the Bunker at Alexandria Ranch if you have placed the artillery targeting flare, and also possess both the Fort Treason ballistics chart and one sulphur match
