If you can read the El Vibrato language you may notice a sign stating "Municipal Organic Fluid Pipeline Offline" (KUZHONO KROKUZ TASTA BENOKKRO KUZKRO).

This is a relatively small area, containing only a chest, a vending machine, and the above-mentioned sign.

Vending Machine

The vending machine screen reads "Municipal Organic Fluid Pipeline Offline -- Insert Organic Fluid" (KUZHONO KROKUZ TASTA BENOKKRO KUZKRO -- HOPA KROKUZ TASTA). Inserting an El Vibrato fluid into the machine gives you options:
