The Curious Abandoned Well is a location West of the Mountains, near the coast just South of Ghostwood. You can't access the bottom of the well without a length of rope, which can be found in various shops. It contains a teleporter, which can be controlled from a terminal to change its destination.
Education Room
By default, the teleporter it is set to the Education Room, where there is a machine that will teach the player numbers in El Vibrato, from 0 to 6, as well as a punchcard terminal, which, if you have punchcards teaches various words in the vibrato dialect.

Drone Fabrication
The facility features a button that can be pressed to summon an El Vibrato drone that you can fight for xp.
Equipment Fabrication
The facility features a terminal that allows you to fabricate El Vibrato rings and El Vibrato brooches from El Vibrato scrap. The terminal must be powered up with an El Vibrato battery.
Secondary Storage
A room that contains two El Vibrato chest needing El Vibrato keystone to open it, and a pile of El Vibrato Scraps.
Auditory Nuisance Containment
This facility contains an El Vibrato drone that makes a constant beeping sound. You can use the terminal to transport it to The Jewel Saloon in Dirtwater where he will join the band.
