The Caretaker's Shanty is a location in the Military Cemetery.
Jeff is the caretaker of the cemetery. This is supposed to be Jeff's post. Jeff prefers screwing around with his friends and playing roleplaying games at Fort Memoriam.
Even when Jeff returns to his shanty he is asleep on the job.

- If you do not have a shovel, looking at the tools will give you one.
- Looking at the flyers will unlock Fort Memoriam.
- Forcing Jeff back to his post at the Shanty helps stop the dead from rising in the cemetery. This is necessary to completing one of the mayor of Breadwood's tasks.
